All software, design, logos, and content within ExpenseLogix are owned by Hull Software LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExpenseLogix is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Hull Software LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the platform immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
